Wellness at work
Undisturbed
project time
Workplaces are filled with inevitable distractions that can sometimes be disruptive to the progress of certain projects. Our days are often filled with meetings, incoming emails, Slack messages and personal interactions.

While we understand that distractions are natural (and not always a bad thing!), we also believe in the importance of having a period of undisrupted time so that we can knuckle down and get things done.
Meditation / mindfulness
We believe in the importance of resetting your mind and body in order to enhance your productivity and effectiveness.

Before each UP time, we encourage our team to take 10 to 15 minutes to refocus and disconnect from all the moving parts of the business and to prepare ourselves for an afternoon of complete focus on projects that need our undisturbed attention.
Wellness challenges
Our team is at the heart of nolk and their wellbeing is one of our biggest priorities. We understand that wellness is made up of many components - mental health, physical activity, good eating habits and so much more. We implement varied wellness challenges to remind the team the importance of overall health.
