We are looking for a seasoned technical lead to drive the architecture of our digital brand portfolio through full ownership of our front-end and back-end codebase. In this position you’ll lead our eCommerce technology by developing fast, clean, robust templates, interfaces and features that engage and delight our users and customers. Your goal is to collaboratively determine the best development solutions for wide-ranging issues and opportunities, and execute against them independently. Ideally we would love to have someone who is eager to grow and has the ambition to evolve in their role over time.
The Lead Ecommerce technology position is a fully remote role and promotes autonomy while also having access to leading digital resources and a talented global team with proven results in curating and scaling beautiful brands. With multiple acquisitions in the pipeline, you’ll have the opportunity to build and expand your team of highly creative developers and designers while embracing the fast growing startup ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the candidate will be positioned as a key team player for the upcoming growth of the company.

We are looking for a Logistics Ninja to join our team. Your role will be to process orders at our Mile-End warehouse, ensure the quality of the merchandise and participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Rachel’s team is composed of 11 super ambitious people, connected to the company’s vision and who value a fun work environment. Transparency is key to the company with objectives known to all for a 100% team effort to achieve them.
Ensure the timely processing of orders with the logistics team;
Control the quality of the merchandise before it is shipped to customers;
Ensure compliance with measures in place to minimize operational errors and avoid returns;
All other related tasks.
D.E.C. or B.A.C. in operations management, business administration or any other related field (degree completed or in progress);
Experience in material handling, order picking and data processing is an asset
Excellent French, good understanding of English
Comfortable with technology and software
Must be available during the day, evening and weekend.
Interest in fashion, entrepreneurship and operations management an asset
Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail;
Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness;
Speed of execution, dexterity and meticulousness;
Ability to stand for several hours.
